Denaby Half-Back Joins Mexborough

In signing Jack Barrow, the former Denaby United right-half, Mr. Reg. Hebden, the Mexboro’ secretary, has accomplished one of the best strokes of business he has achieved since he began team-building during the close season.
Harrow, who joined Denaby a couple of seasons ago developed into a brilliant constructive half-back last season and attracted the attention of more than one League club. He is one of the cleverest players Denaby have had on their books for a long time and his understanding with Siddall gave the winger many of his goals.
He should impart some of the polish in which Mexboro’s half-back line was deficient last season, and will be an undoubted asset to the team.
