Denaby Main and Thrybergh Park furnished an exciting contest on the Denaby ground.

Denaby’s total was 84, of which Burdon made 36, and no one besides reached double figures. Inglis took 7 wickets.

For Thrybergh, Saxton scored 19, and Carr 18, but none of the others did much, and the final score was only 72.

Denaby won by a dozen runs.
