Denaby Main Industrial Society
The 82nd report and balance sheet of the Denaby Main Industrial Society is to hand.
The sales for the quarter amount to £7,458 15s. 3d. The profits for disposal reach the sum of £1,706 12s. 10d. The committee are thus enabled to pay a dividend of 4s. 9d. in the £ on members’ purchases, after paying interest on capital, and the usual allowances to the reserve fund, educational fund, depreciation, and to non-members dividend, carrying £80 10s. 4d. to the next quarter.
The number of members at the end of last quarter was 615, and now stands at 657. During the quarter 13 have withdrawn and 55 have joined.
The quarterly meeting is fixed for Saturday, the 23rd, and dividends will be paid on Monday, the 25th inst.

Mr. J. Dixon and Mr. T. Marriott are the retiring members, but are eligible for re-election.
