A Denaby Miner and His Landlord
Thomas Price (26), miner, was charged with stealing a pair of clogs, a waistcoat, and a handkerchief, value 7s., the property of William Cockselge, at Denaby on the 1st April.
Mr. Waterhouse conducted the prosecution.
Prisoner, who lodged with prosecutor, alleged that he paid for the things.
Price was found not guilty, and was discharged.
