Denaby Mother not Frightened
Denaby Wesleyans were scandalised the other Sunday evening by the language of Oliver Keith (20) a new Conisbrough clipper.
As they were leaving the chapel of lad launched fourth and PC Rushton had to implore him to stop. Several chapel people sought shelter in the sacred edifice rather than listen. Oliver’s mother told the Court that she heard all the language and wasn’t a bit frightened. (Laughter).
“Poor little Oliver wouldn’t frighten anyone”, she said. Oliver’s mother was asked for half a Crown and costs.
