Ambulance Corps Returns
There was a large crowd present to watch the return home again on the local Ambulance Corps from Blackpool, where they had been spending the week under canvas, the large concourse of people reminding one of the time of the late war was in progress, so thronged was the main streets,
The men who had been to camp looked exceedingly well under the charge of Superintendent HS Witty, who, as everyone knows, is very keen on ambulance work.
The court were met at the old Toll bar by the band, and headed by them, they marched to their quarters in Rossington Street, where after inspection by the chief, the men were dismissed
