Denaby Parish Church Debt
During the 1926 coal stoppage the Denaby Parish Church had occasion to secure a bank overdraft of £130, and the bazaar held yesterday in the large hall was organised by the Parochial Church Council to wipe off the remaining £100 of that debt.
Mr. T. Holdcroft carried out the secretarial dirties, and attractively decorated stalls were in the charge of the various departments of the church.
The opening ceremony was performed Mrs. Warde-Aldam, who was presented with a bouquet by Madeline Singleton.
