Played at Sandhill, before poor gate.
The visitors won the toss and at once made for the home goal.
Roper scored the first goal, and a brilliant shot by Goodwin hit the crossbar.
Then the home team took the ball to the other end and shot wide. From good run on the right Roper scored the second goal, and before the finish Denaby put on another.
Result: Denaby 3 goals. Sandhill 0 goal.
