This photograph taken at Denaby Rossington Street School was kindly loaned to the “South Yorkshire Times by Mrs. Thomson, of 61, Cliff View, Denaby. Her son is pictured among the pupils.
Mrs. Thomson would be interested to learn the names of the other boys if readers can recognise any of them.
After a fire at the school in 1932 the boys were transferred to Epworth Hall and Conisbrough.
