Notts Forest Reserve were a lot too smart Denabv United at Nottingham, yesterday and scored a comfortable victory.
In the first half they were very prominent and, although the Denaby defence was sound, Harrold opened the scoring and Donoven and Thorne followed with a goal apiece, the Forest Res. leading 3-0 at the halfway stop.
In the second half the home team easily maintained their advantage, Harrold, Donoven and Thorne in turn adding to the lead, but before the close Hill scored for the visitors.
