Denaby Game Next Week
Denaby United, who were due to have played their last outstanding Midland League match at Nottingham on Wednesday with County Reserves, went there to find there had been a misunderstanding in the date. The fixture is to be played next Wednesday evening—at Denaby. Kick-off will be 6-15.
Denaby United Secretary-Manager Matt Taylor last night expressed his appreciation of Notts County’s gesture to Denaby In offering to, transfer the fixture and thus lend United a helping hand financially.
Club Officials hope there will, In consequence, be a good gate to see this extra “final” appearance of the side this, season.
