Denaby Utd 1 Grantham 0
Denaby United outplayed Grantham from start to finish. Jenkins headed the only goal game after twenty minutes of the first but a, wider margin would have done the home team better justice.

Binney (Barnsley Traction) had a trial in the Denaby goal, and though he had little to do, shaped like a veteran and made some clever saves. Grantham in defence. There were 1,500 spectators
