Denaby United  2 Whitwick 1

Massey, goal; Dudhill and Lawley, backs; Goodlad, Chatfield and Dowson, halfbacks; Lindley, Ryans, McNeil, Roper and T Hardy forwards.

Half-time: Denaby 1, Whitwick 0.
