Denaby Youths Bound Over

Three young Denaby brothers were accused at Doncaster West Riding juvenile court on Wednesday of stealing a comb, value 2d, with stealing a tin of brilliantine, a block of chocolate and a rubber ball, and another 11-year-old Denaby by appeared with them accused of stealing a block of chocolate.

It was stated that on April 4 the branch manager of Messrs Woolworths, Ltd. Of Mexborough, saw the boys acting in a suspicious manner.

When he accosted them one of the brothers said β€œhe told me to get the brilliantine for his hair,” referring to one of the other boys. The boys were each bound over for 12 months and placed under probation.
