Denaby Lose at Lincoln.

Lincoln City 4 Denaby United 0

On the run of the game Lincoln City were fortunate to beat Denaby United by 4-0 at Lincoln.

Denaby showed good combination, they never lagged, and although they did not score, were within an ace of doing so on two or three occasions.

The defence was good on both sides. The first half was goalless.

Lincoln improved considerably in the second half, and Hopper, following a fine individual effort, scored in the first minute.

Later, McCormick, in endeavouring to stop a hot shot from Rippon, put the ball through his own goal. Dwane notched a third goal, and in the last minute Hopper netted a fourth.
