Disobeying Orders in a Colliery.

At the Rotherham West Riding Police Court yesterday, Wm. Follows, a trammer, was summoned for a breach of special rule 106, by disobeying orders, and a breach of special rule 86, by going into a part of the Denaby Main Colliery other than that in which he was appointed to work on May 22nd.

A nominal penalty, which, with the costs amounted to £2 was inflicted.
