Disturbances at Conisbro’.

At the Doncaster Police Court on Saturday, Edwin Morton and Harry Morton, glass-blowers, Conisbro were summoned tor having assaulted Harry Kelly glass-blower, of the same village.

Mr. Hattersley solicitor. Mexbro’, appeared for the complainant, and Mr Hall for the defendants.—The first assault arose in the Alma inn on Saturday, the 14th ult., but magistrates could not decide which party was the most to blame, and dismissed the case.

The second assault was on the following Monday. It was contended that the Mortons sought every opportunity of insulting and assaulting the Kellys in consequence of certain action they took at a recent athletic match.

This case was also dismissed.
