Dog Fight at Conisborough.

Two Conisborough colliers named Richard Rodgers and John Perkins were charged with cruelty to two dogs on September 30th.

Sergt. Ambler saw a crowd and two dogs fighting. On going up he heard Perkins say, “Let them alone. Worry the ——!”

The dogs belonged to the defendants, and both of them were covered with blood.

The defendants were fined 20s. each.
