Esther Chadwick, of Conisboro’; and Thomas Greasby and Charles Coupe, colliers, of Denaby, were charged with doing damage.

Evidence was given by Edward Watts, watchman, in the employ of Mr. Kilner, and from which it appeared that each defendant was searching fields belonging to Mr. Kilner, with the object of finding mushrooms; in some instances additional damage being done by the breaking down of fences.
