Dolls Used In Babies’ Mask Demonstration
Several hundred mothers attending the Conisborough child welfare centre were instructed this morning at the Conisborough Welfare Pavilion in the use of the new anti-gas helmets for babies under three years of age.
Two helmets were on view and nurses used two life-sized dolls to illustrate the method of placing the babies in the respirator.
Until further notice similar instructions will be given at the pavilion on Tuesday and Thursday and at Denaby Baths on Wednesdays and Fridays.
