Doncaster Police Court.

At this court on Saturday, Charles Nuttall, farmer, Awkley, was fined 19s., including costs, for allowing a horse and cart to stand on the highway, at Mexbro’, an unnecessary length of time.

Robert Turner, labourer, Tickhill, for having no control over a horse and cart at Edlington, was fined 16s. 6d., including costs.

Joseph Thomas, collier, Denaby, was fined 20s. and costs for being drunk and disorderly and for indecency.

Frederick Bartolomeo, travelling organ grinder, for a like offence, was sentenced to 14 days’ imprisonment.

Yoid Hodge, mason, of Sprotb’ (Sprotbrough), for being drunk and disorderly at Warmsworth, was fined 18s. 1d., including costs.
