Drunk and Disorderly.

John Davies was charged with being drunk and disorderly at Denaby on the first.

He pleaded guilty.

It was stated that he came to Denaby from Mexborough at 11 o’clock on the night in question. He refused to pay his fare, and was very disorderly.

Defendant said that he met some friends at Mexborough, who gave a drop of drink.

Major Hammond stated that defendant had been up for times previously.

Fined 10s and costs.
