Drunk and Disorderly at Conisbro’
Richard Morton, labourer, Conisbro’, was charged with being drunk and disorderly at that place, on the 23rd inst.
P.c. Barnett, deposed that on Saturday, the 23 rd, at 10-10 p.m., he was on duty in Wellgate, Conisbro’, and found the defendant drunk and disorderly, shouting and swearing.
Asked him to go home and he refused to go.
His language was fearful all the way home.
