Drunk and Refusing to Quit at Denaby.
Patrick McHale, of Denaby Main, was fined 20s. and costs for having been drunk and refusing to quit the Reresby Arms on March 17th.
From the evidence of John Slater, the landlord, it appeared that defendant and his brother Thomas came into the house drunk and offered to fight any other two men in the place.
He ordered them out, and Thomas left but defendant would not go and the police had to be fetched.
Defendant would have struck Police constable Carter but for his interference.
