Drunkenness

Charles Axe, labourer, of Mexborough, was charged with having been drunk and disorderly at Mexborough on the sixth inst. police constable Swann proved the case, and defendant was fined 10 shillings and seven including costs.

Catherine Wood, married woman, of Conisborough was fined 9s 6d, including costs, for having been drunk and disorderly at Conisborough on the 11th inst.

Police constable Truman proved the case.

Samuel Thurstone, miner, of Conisborough was mulcted in 5s and 9s 6d costs for being drunk and disorderly at Edlington on the 6th inst.

Police constable Catley proved the case.

George Thompson, Conisborough, was fined 12s 6d, including costs, for having been drunk and disorderly at Conisborough on the 11th inst.

Police Sergeant Ambler proved the case.
