The Drunks.

Emma Fitzgeorge, a married woman, of Conisboro was found by P.O. Duffin, on the 30th of December, in a drunken condition, and acting disorderly. A complaint regarding her conduct, the constable said, was made by the Vicar of Conisboro’ (the Rev. W. A. Strawbridge).

A fine of 10s. including costs was imposed.

For a similar offence committed on the 4th of January, at Conisboro’, Thomas McDonald, miner, of New Conisboro’, was fined including the costs.

Abusive Language

Robert Wilson, a miner, of Conisboro’ was summoned for using obscene language at Conisboro’ on the 1st of January, and a fine of 2s. 6d. and costs was imposed.
