Failed to Disclose Correct Return to Work Date

When James Cooper (31), a colliery worker, of Denaby, was at Doncaster on Saturday sent to prison for 14 days for obtaining 12s. by false pretences from the Don Valley Public Assistance Committee, it was stated he failed to disclose correct date on which he resumed work and was granted a food ticket on the same day that he received wages from the colliery company.
