Felony at Conisbro’

Sarah Lowe, a married woman, living at Conisbro’, was charged at the Doncaster West Riding Police Court on Saturday with having stolen two bread loaves, from the premises of Wm. Revill, West street, Conisbro’, and also about 16lbs. of Hudson’s dry soap from the shop of George Appleyard.

Sergeant Brown saw some of the soap at the house of the woman, to the extent of 7 1/2 lbs.

The prisoner, who pleaded guilty, was fined £1 and costs in each case.
