Fighting At New Conisborough.

Frank Walton, miner New Conisborough. Daniel Edwards, filler, Derby Main, a was summoned for having caused a breach of the peace by fighting at New Conisborough on the 10th inst.

The defendants did not appear, and the case was proved by Police-constable Kilner, who said that at 10 minutes past six on the date named he saw the two defendants with their coats off in Loversall at fighting. He had previously cautioned the men about their conduct.

Police constable Barnett gave corroborative evidence.

Walton was ordered to pay the costs.
