Firewood Theft

The Denaby Main Colliery Company prosecuted a pony driver named Thomas H. Whitwell, of Denaby, at the Doncaster West Riding Court yesterday for stealing a quantity of firewood from a waggon in the yard.

The Chairman (Mr. J. Dymond) said there was no excuse for theft, and defendant would have to pay £3.
