Floral Festival at Conisborough.

Last night the annual flower service was held Parish Church, Conisborough, which was well filled.

Some beautiful flowers, wild and exotic, had been gathered the parishioners and deposited in the church, where they farmed a very pretty sight.

The service was a special one, and was conducted by the Rev. J. G. Wood, M.A., vicar. The sermon, in which the blade of grass and the flower were compared to the life of men, was preached by the Rev. J.C. Ross, M.A.

The flowers will be forwarded to the patients in the Doncaster Infirmary. A collection taken at the close will devoted to the expenses incurred in providing the choristers end Sunday scholars their annual treat.
