Flown From Egypt.

Mr. Baden Jones of 25, Barmboro’ Street, Denaby Main, was seriously injured at Cadeby Colliery on December 15th, and after treatment was removed to the Full wood Annexe, Sheffield, where his condition for a few days was critical.

Through the good offices of the police a request to see his brother, serving in the Suez Canal Zone of Egypt, was conveyed. The authorities gave consent, and his brother, Captain J G. Jones, R.A.S.C.,,  was flown over, and was constantly with his brother for several days.

We are pleased to state that, though still suffering from the result of his injuries, Mr. Jones’ condition is satisfactory and he will be allowed home for a few days this week. Captain Jones has been in the Army for 19 years, rising from the ranks. His home is at York, but their parents live at 26, Annerley Street, Denaby Main.
