Gambling at Conisborough.

Thomas Ratcliffe, Charles Oldfield and Owen Callaghan, fillers, New Conisboro’ were summoned for gaming with coins at Conisboro’ on the 22nd of March.

P.c. Barnett said he was on duty, in company , with P.c. Kilner, in Loversall street, New Conisboro’, when they caught the three defendants in company with others, gaming. Ratcliffe was spinning the coins and the others were betting on the results.

Oldfield war fined 10s and costs, and the other two defendants 5s. and costs.
