Game Case.
Amos Harrison, collier, Denaby, was sued for using a dog to take game at Denaby on the 4th inst.
Mr. Parker-Rhodes prosecuted on behalf of Earl Fitzwilliam.
The defendant was seen with another man, and they had three dogs with them. The dogs started a hare, and eventually killed it in a field occupied by Mr. Spooner, farmer, Denaby.
Fined 20s. and costs, or one month’s imprisonment.
