Hinchcliffe moves
Huddersfield Town Forward joins Derby
Tom Hinchcliffe (Huddersfield Town) was transferred this afternoon to Derby County. Hinchcliffe was signed by Huddersfield Town last season from Grimsby Town, and made his debut in the game against Wolverhampton Wanderers, February 18. He scored a goal that occasion.
He figured more or less regularly in subsequent League games, but his ineligibility to play in the F-A. Cup competition was responsible in a measure for his being unable to keep his place.
This season he has played in seven League games- five times at inside left and once on the left wing. It was Hinchcliffe who scored two the three goals registered against when they met with their initial defeat of the season at Leeds Road, on September 24. A native of Denaby he stands 5 ft 10 ½ in and weighs 11 st 5 lbs
