Home on Furlough
Private William Shelton, the 22 Year Old Son of Mr and Mrs W Shelton, of Thurlbeck Street, Denaby, who was injured last July in the Arab riots in Palestine, returned home last weekend on furlough.
He is now fully recovered.
Private Shelton, who Is in the First Battalion of the York and Lancaster Regiment, received a gunshot wound in the left shoulder.
