In Sheffield Pantomime -Mother Goose

When the pantomime, “Mother Goose,” commences at the Empire Theatre, Sheffield, a young Denaby girl will be making her dancing debut. She is Beryl Rigg, 11 years old daughter of Mr and Mrs Rigg of 1, Warmsworth Street, Denaby Main. Beryl has been having dancing lessons for some time and in the last four months she has been training in Rotherham. It was from there that she was chosen to appear in pantomime.

Along with Beryl will be another young girl from there district. Dyllas Williams, of Conisbrough, who is also a member of the same class. They are engaged for an eight week period.
