In the Dark

Posted about Conisbrough are bills announcing a reduction in the price of gas, which, I believe, took effect on 1 October.

Yet anybody having to journey up or down Station lane might think the gas was an unknown article in this district, and that the nearest coffee was miles away, for the last few nights tell been pitch dark this particular spot.

Is this state of affairs is allowed to continue we shall be hearing of accident submitted that which occurred last winter. And intoxicated man was lying across the causeway, with the result that people stumbled over him, but, fortunately without injuring themselves.

The authorities ought surely to alter this unpleasant state of affairs.
