Inquest Denaby.

Yesterday an inquest was held the Reresby Arms, Denaby Main, before Mr Wightman, touching death of a man named Griffiths, who was in the employ of the Colliery Company.

Deceased, who was about forty-nine years of age, was employed in fitting tubes on the pit hill. He left his work to home on Thursday morning, and must have taken a wrong turn to left, and have fallen a distance of about 16 feet. His dead body was found at 515 a.m. by one of the workmen,

A verdict was returned to the effect that deceased was accidentally killed.
