Ivanhoe Cycling Club

Conisbrough Ivanhoe Cycling Club held their annual meeting on Sunday.

General secretary Mr R Longley said 1955 had been a very good year. Membership had increased steadily to 92, a post-war record.

Club runs were well attended, the 40 mark been passed on several occasions, and the average attendance for the year are been 28 per run.

On the social side the club and held many ventures, and members that competed in all types of racing, being particularly successful on the track.

Sunday’s run is to High Marnham (tea Blyth) will start from the red Lion Hotel at 10 a.m.
