Making an Affray at Denaby

James Dalton, and Thomas McHone of Denaby, were charged with having making made an affray at Denaby on 13 March.

Police constable Midgley stated that he saw the prisoners on the highway on the day named. They were fighting.

The magistrates bound them over to keep in the sum of £5 and ordered them to pay the costs.
