Matt Taylor Joins Denaby Club.

Matt Taylor, Mexborough’s right back, has signed for Denaby United. The Denaby players who have re-signed include Ekins, who has kept so fine a goal: Calladine, reserve goalkeeper; Dick Coope, who, however, will remain under suspension until the end of September; the wing half-back, George Hill; Horner, who played in the forward line in the Reserves; and H. Johnson, a full back, who came from the Rotherham district two or three week ago.

It is anticipated that Tim Peters will also re-sign for his old club. Among additional signatures Denaby hope to procure during the next few days, is that of a clever left-winger, a former schoolboy international, who has been playing in the Welsh National League. They entertain hopes of obtaining a centre-forward from the same source.
