Mexborough and Conisborough Drunks

Herbert Hayes, miner, New Conisborough, was summoned for been drunk and disorderly on the 2nd inst., at Mexborough. He did not appear.

The case was stated by P.c. Woodward and Inspector Watson. The offence occurred in Doncaster road, at 11-30 p.m.

The defendant was fined 2/6 and 11s costs.

Emma Till, married woman, Mexborough was summoned for having been drunk and disorderly at that place on the 6th inst. The defendant did not appear.

lt was stated by P.c. Haigh that the defendant was drunk, and had a crowd of people around her.

A man named Fred Jowe gave corroborative evidence, and the defendant was fined 5s. and the costs
