Miner’s Trespass at Conisborough
Thomas Ogley and Edward Peters, miners, Conisborough, were at Doncaster, today, charged with trespassing on the Great Central Railway at Conisborough.
Inspector Hall said the men were poaching and had two dogs with them, which set up two rabbits. They went along the railway bank and were caught.
The Chairman said it not only a dangerous but a reprehensible practice, and fine of 40s imposed on each defendant.
