Great War Veteran Missing
Mrs Moore, of 8, Wadworth Street, Denaby Main, has received official notification that her husband, Private G. Moore, of the Auxiliary Military Pioneer Corps, is reported missing as from May.
The last letter she received from him was dated May 10 th .
Private Moore served in the Great War from 1914 to 1918 and early this year volunteered for the Pioneer Corps.
His wife would be glad of any news of him from any of his mates who may read these notes.
This applies also in the case of the two reported missing in our last issue – Private Maurice Dunn and Private Kenneth Milner.
