Morbid Sightseers Warned

A warning that the cemeteries at Conisborough and Denaby might be closed during funerals if sightseers did not behave properly was issued at last night’s meeting of the Conisborough Urban Council by Mr. T. J. Gregory.

“Even before the mourners have left the grave,” Mr. Gregory said, “these morbid sightseers rush to see the coffin and tramp over other people’s graves. If they do not do something to abate their conduct, the Burials Committee will have to stop people going to the cemeteries during funeral times.”
