Negligent “Corporal” At Denaby.
Samuel Heathcote, “corporal,” employed at the Denaby Main Colliery, was summoned before the West Riding Bench this morning for having on the 9th inst infringed -special 66 by neglecting to fix a back stay drag behind a train of twenty corves travelling an underground road with an incline of l in 15.
Defendant, who pleaded guilty, was fined 15 shillings and costs.
