Girl Guides

A meeting to awaken interest in the girl guides movement was held on Thursday last.

The girl guides are been in existence in Conisbrough for nearly 2 years, and are equipped with uniforms. They have collected a good sum of money for charitable purposes.

The girls have a good membership and are very enthusiastic. All they require a number of lady supervisors, and this difficulty can probably overcome by an appeal in the right direction.
