Denaby Operatic Class Production
“No, No, Nanette” is to be produced by students of Denaby Operatic and Dramatic Class, which is run under the West Riding Education Committee’s Evening Institute. #The County have given Mr. Jack Snelgrove, who is in charge of the class, permission to arrange performances at Denaby. Mexborough, Wath, Wombwell, Goldthorpe, Doncaster and for troops stationed locally.
Mr. Snelgrove told our representative that he was fortunate enough to have many principals from the Wath, Conisborough and Mexborough Societies, attending the class, and had an extremely good chorus, including dancing girls. He expects the first performance will be given in April.
