Non-maintenance
At Doncaster today, Robert Crookes, Conisbrough; George Crookes, Braithwell and Edwin Crookes, Worksop were summoned to show cause why they should not contribute to maintain their father, now chargeable to the Union
It was stated that George had promised to contribute, but supplemented declined because the other brothers would not contribute.
Robert now said he was not able to pay.
As order was made that each pay 2s 6d each week.
